Small town feels with great outdoor space like Evelyn’s Park.

A friendly, neighborhood vibe marks Bellaire, which feels very much like a small town. Bellaire is home to many parks, including Evelyn’s Park Conservancy, which was donated to the city by the Rubenstein family. Head to Evelyn’s Park for a live event, visit one of its food trucks or stop by Betsy’s for lunch with a friend or a glass of wine during sunset.
